1. Gift Voucher Terms

1.1 Voucher Validity

  • All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
  • Vouchers cannot be extended beyond the expiry date
  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced

1.2 Voucher Redemption

  • Vouchers are redeemable for massage services of the specified duration
  • Booking must be made through our online system using the provided code
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
  • No change given if voucher value exceeds service cost

1.3 Voucher Transfer

  • Vouchers are transferable to another person
  • The original purchaser is responsible for delivering the voucher to the recipient

2. Booking and Cancellation

2.1 Appointment Booking

  • Appointments subject to availability
  • Advance booking recommended, especially for weekends

2.2 Cancellation Policy

  • 24 hours notice required for rescheduling
  • Late rescheduling may result in voucher forfeiture
  • No-shows will result in voucher being voided

3. Payments and Refunds

3.1 Voucher Purchases

  • All voucher sales are final
  • Vouchers cannot be refunded once purchased
  • Prices subject to change without notice

3.2 Payment Security

  • All payments processed securely through Stripe
  • We do not store your credit card details

4. Service Terms

4.1 Health and Safety

  • Recipients must complete the consent form before treatment (this will be emailed in advance and can be returned in advance of the treatment or completed and signed on the day during the pre-treatment health consultation)
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for health and safety reasons
  • Certain medical conditions may require doctor’s clearance

4.2 Late Arrivals

  • Late arrivals may receive reduced treatment time
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as no-shows

5. General Terms

5.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DavidePenazziYoga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or vouchers.

5.2 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

5.3 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
