Our vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase date.
Is this a standard routine or is the massage tailored to the recipient’s needs?
Each massage is completely tailored to the recipient’s needs and preferences. Before the treatment, they’ll complete a consultation form, and on the day we’ll have a brief chat to plan a truly personalized experience—including a custom blend of oils chosen just for them.
How does the recipient book their massage?
Simply visit our booking page online, choose the treatment corresponding to the gift voucher, the preferred date and time, and enter the unique voucher code during checkout. It’s quick and easy!
What if the recipient can’t use the voucher?
The voucher can be transferred to someone else—just contact us to update the details. We want everyone to enjoy their gift!
