Your Aromatherapy Journey
Aromatherapy is both an art and a science—one that harnesses the natural power of plant-derived essential and carrier oils to restore balance, nurture well-being, and support the health of body, mind, and spirit.
For centuries, plants have been at the heart of traditional healing systems across the globe. Modern aromatherapy honours that ancient wisdom while embracing contemporary scientific advances in biochemistry, offering a holistic approach that is as grounded in research as it is in tradition.
Essential oils enter the body through two primary pathways: absorption through the skin (when diluted with a carrier oil) and inhalation via the olfactory and respiratory systems. This dual action is what makes aromatherapy so versatile—and why we offer both bespoke home products and therapeutic massage treatments to meet your unique needs.

As a professionally trained PEOT (Professional Essential Oils Therapist) practitioner, I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every treatment I design is drawn from a carefully curated apothecary of over 100 high-quality essential oils, 30 nourishing carrier oils, and 10 soothing hydrolats (floral waters). This extensive palette allows me to tailor each blend with precision—not just to your specific ailment, but to your skin type, sensitivity, and personal scent preferences, ensuring that your experience is as effective as it is enjoyable.
Today, aromatherapy is widely respected by both conventional and complementary healthcare practitioners as one of the most comprehensive and accessible natural therapies available.
Whether you’re looking to ease daily stress, soothe a persistent skin concern, find relief from pain and inflammation, or complement an existing medical treatment with gentle holistic support, aromatherapy has something to offer you.
We always begin with a thorough consultation, taking the time to understand your individual circumstances before designing a personalised plan tailored to your goals and wellbeing.
Aromatherapy consultation
During your aromatherapy consultation, we will take time to explore your health history, current stress levels, lifestyle habits, and any specific concerns you wish to address. This holistic understanding allows me to carefully select the most suitable oils from my extensive apothecary—always with your unique needs and sensitivities in mind. Together, we will agree on application methods that fit seamlessly into your daily routine, and I will ensure that every dosage is safe, appropriate, and tailored to your condition. Your wellbeing and comfort are at the heart of every recommendation I make.
Personalised Aromatherapy products
I offer a wide selection of bespoke products, all thoughtfully crafted to suit your individual needs—from soothing bath salts and nourishing moisturisers to revitalising face serums, gentle shampoos, aromatic diffuser blends, and targeted ointments for localised relief. Each product will be infused with the carefully selected oils from your consultation, and I will provide clear, simple guidance on how and how often to use them, so you can feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Massage
While my bespoke products offer daily support, there is something truly special about the healing power of touch. Aromatherapy massage is a deeply nurturing experience that allows the essential oils to be absorbed not only through the skin but also through the senses, creating a profound sense of relaxation and wellbeing: a beautiful way to honour yourself with dedicated, uninterrupted self-care.
Drawing on my training in Abhyanga (traditional Ayurvedic massage), deep tissue techniques, and gentle holistic massage, I am able to tailor each session to your unique needs. Whether you are seeking a soothing, flowing treatment to quiet the mind and support the absorption of your chosen oils, or more focused remedial work to ease deep-seated tension and pain, I will adapt my approach to suit you.
