Indian head and shoulder massage with hot stones
We start the session with a hot stone massage (Valuka swedana) held in a pouch to stimulate nerve endings and warm the muscles. We will then proceed to the indian head massage and shoulder massage with activation of marma points. We then finish with a face massage. Perfect to help with insomnia, migraines and stress tension of shoulder and neck. 45 min.
Marma Therapy
Marma points are vital energy junctions where prana flows into the body tissues. These are usually where veins, arteries, tendons, bones and muscles overlap. With its stimulation we can relieve pain, facilitate circulation and support healing. I offer a 30 minute marma therapy session, or I can combine it with AYM or Abhyanga (traditional Ayurvedic massage), which is performed with medicated oil and flushes and removes oxins (ama), lubricates joints and muscles, and calms the nervous system.
