Refund Policy for Davide Penazzi Yoga Gift Vouchers

Gift Voucher Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our gift vouchers and immediate allocation of resources, we operate a strict no-refund policy on all voucher purchases once the order is completed.

What This Means:

❌ Non-Refundable Items:

• All gift voucher purchases (1-hour, 1.5-hour, 2-hour massages)
• Digital vouchers that have been delivered via email
• Vouchers that have expired
• Vouchers that have been partially used
• Change of mind or accidental purchases

✅ Exceptional Circumstances:

In very limited circumstances, we may consider refunds at our discretion:

• Duplicate purchases (proof required)
• Technical errors where voucher was not delivered
• Significant service unavailability beyond a reasonable period

Voucher Validity and Extensions

📅 Expiry Policy:

• Vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase date
• No extensions can be granted beyond the expiry date
• It is the recipient’s responsibility to book before expiry

🔄 Transfer Options:

• Vouchers can be transferred to another person if the original recipient cannot use them
• Contact us to update recipient details

Booking Cancellations

While vouchers themselves are non-refundable, booked appointments can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may result in voucher forfeiture.
